1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS NOTICE COVERS
Vetra Communications LLC d/b/a Vetra Mobile ("Vetra," "we," "us") operates the Vetra Mobile Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information about people who sign up for or take part in the Program ("affiliates" or "you"). It is incorporated into the Vetra Mobile Affiliate Program Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
This notice does not cover your use of Vetra mobile service as a customer, or visits to our website. Those are covered by the Vetra Privacy Policy. If you are both an affiliate and a customer, each notice applies to its own activity.
Notice at collection. We provide this notice before or when we collect your information at signup and at payout setup.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only what we need to run the Program, pay you, meet our legal obligations, and enforce the Terms.

Sensitive information. Your SSN, bank account number, and account login credentials are sensitive personal information. We use them only to pay you, meet tax and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and secure your account. We never use them for advertising, and our advertising and analytics tags are set up so they do not capture them.
We do not ask affiliates for health, biometric, or precise geolocation information.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information only for the purposes below.

Automated decisions. Some decisions are made automatically under fixed rules:
- blocking signups from ineligible or sanctioned locations
- preventing a customer from using their own Creator Code
- reversing commissions under the Terms when a referred customer cancels or doesn't pay
- holding payouts when a name may match a sanctions list, until a person reviews it
We may also suspend a Creator Code automatically when our systems flag possible fraud. A person reviews any automatic suspension or sanctions hold before a code is permanently deactivated or commissions are forfeited. You can ask for a person to review any automated decision by emailing creators@vetramobile.com.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do disclose some information to advertising and analytics partners, as described below, and some privacy laws treat that as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time (Section 6). Otherwise, we disclose personal information only as follows.
- Service providers. Companies that process information for us under contract and may use it only to serve us: hosting and data storage, email delivery, IP geolocation, sanctions screening, ACH payment processing and our bank, tax form processing and filing, and analytics. If we engage a payout provider, it receives the payout and tax information it needs to pay you.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Meta, TikTok, Google and Microsoft receive device, usage and page-interaction information through tags on our affiliate pages, and Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use those pages. We may also give advertising platforms your contact information, such as your email address, so they can show you ads for the Program and Vetra. These partners also use the information under their own privacy policies.
- Tax authorities. We report commissions to the IRS and, where required, to state tax authorities.
- Legal and safety. We disclose information to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court or government order; to respond to a regulator; to enforce the Terms, including in arbitration or court; and to protect Vetra, our customers, or others from fraud or harm.
- Professional advisers. Our lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
- Corporate transactions. A buyer, successor, or financing party in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this notice.
- The public. Your public creator name and profile image, if Vetra features you in an affiliate directory or Program marketing under Section 12 of the Terms.
- With your consent. Anyone else you ask us to share with.
We never give advertising or analytics partners your SSN, bank account information, or tax forms, and we never share them with customers or other affiliates.
5. RETENTION, SECURITY, AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3, then delete or de-identify it.

We may keep information longer if needed for a pending dispute, arbitration, investigation, or legal hold.
Security. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypting taxpayer identification numbers and bank account numbers, limiting access to personnel who need it, and logging access. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
International transfers. Vetra is based in the United States, and we process and store affiliate information in the United States. If you sign up from outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We make these transfers because they are necessary to perform our contract with you, and, where required, we use contractual safeguards with our service providers.
6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Account choices.
- Update your information in the affiliate portal, or email creators@vetramobile.com. Keep your payout, tax, and contact details current, as the Terms require.
- Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We will still send Program, payout, tax, and legal notices while you participate.
- Cookies and tags. You can reject or manage non-essential cookies and tags through the cookie banner on our affiliate pages or your browser settings.
- Electronic 1099s. You can withdraw consent to electronic Forms 1099 as described in the Electronic 1099 Delivery Disclosure.
- Closing your account. You may end your participation under Section 13 of the Terms. We keep some information afterward, as described in Section 5 of this notice.
Your privacy rights. Wherever you live, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, including the categories in Sections 2 and 4 and the specific pieces we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions, including information we must keep for tax, legal, or dispute purposes.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including its use for targeted advertising. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the affiliate portal footer, or email creators@vetramobile.com. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser.
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information. We use it only for the purposes in Section 2 and never for advertising.
- Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email creators@vetramobile.com. We will verify your identity by matching information in your account, and we will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need up to 45 more. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission.
Some rights are limited where we need the information to pay you, meet tax or legal obligations, enforce the Terms, or defend legal claims. A deletion request may end your participation, because we cannot run your account or pay you without the information.
7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION, ELIGIBILITY, CHANGES, AND CONTACT
Customer information. We do not give affiliates personal information about the customers they refer. Referral reports are aggregated or de-identified and never identify a customer or that customer's account, plan, line, or usage. Customer account information is protected under the federal CPNI rules and our Privacy Policy.
Age and eligibility. The Program is only for people who are 18 or older and have reached the age of majority where they live. It is not available to residents of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or of the sanctioned locations described in the Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone who is not eligible. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and close the account, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Changes. We may update this notice. We will post the new version with its effective date and, if the changes are material, notify you through your affiliate dashboard or by email.
