How VSUBs work.

What it is

Every month on Unlimited Elite, you get a VSUB: a gift card for YouTube or Twitch, your pick. Spend it on anyone, on anything the platform allows. A sub, a membership, bits, a gifted sub to a stranger. Your call.

More platforms are on the way, and the ones we add next will be the ones our community asks for. The value and the available platforms are confirmed when you redeem.

Who gets one

• You need an active Unlimited Elite line. Core and Unlimited Prime don't include a VSUB.
• Your account can't have a past-due balance. Clear it and the drop unlocks.
• It's one VSUB per account, per cycle, not one per line. Two Elite lines on one account still means one drop.

Picking a creator at signup is separate, and every plan can do it. See the VSUB page for how the program works as a whole.

How to claim it

1. Open your VSUB page and find the current drop.
2. Pick your platform.
3. Check your email. Your gift card code arrives within a few minutes, at the email on your account.

No email? Check spam, then hit resend on the VSUB card. Codes go to the email on your account.

The clock, explained

• You have your billing cycle to claim a drop. If you don't claim it before the next cycle starts, that drop is gone and a fresh one replaces it. One drop at a time, never two.
• Once claimed, the gift card itself is good for a year. Claim now, spend whenever.

The rules

• On family accounts, everyone sees the drop. The account owner claims it.
• Pick a different platform any month you like.
• No cash value, and no transfers to another account.
• What you can do with the card is up to the platform, not us. Once it's yours, Vetra isn't in the middle.

VSUB vs. your creator pick

Two different things. Your VSUB is the gift card you control, spend it on anyone. Your creator pick at signup is who Vetra backs directly, every month you're on the network, on any plan. Picking a creator is optional, and the two run independently.
